Olympic gold
Hanif Khan, born in Karachi in 1959. Bronze at Montreal 1976, World Cup gold in 1978 and 1982, then gold in Los Angeles. Today he is honorary secretary general of the Karachi Hockey Association.

Waseem Feroz. World Cup silver in Lahore in 1990, Olympic bronze two years later. Today he is Commandant of KHA's summer camp.

Who
we are
Karachi Hockey Association is a non-profit, registered since 1979. It trains players of every level, from a child's first stick to trials for the National Games.
Nothing is charged to the children: no admission fee, no coaching fee. KHA provides the coaches and the hockey kits, and pays stipends to children in need who are talented and disciplined.
Alongside coaching, the association organises local, regional and national tournaments, so players get real match experience early.
